Service Description

My fee is $250 per 50-minute session for individuals, and $300 for couples or relationship work. This rate reflects my extensive post-graduate training in somatic psychotherapy, relational healing, and trauma-informed care. I bring a depth-oriented approach that honors the intelligence of the nervous system, the impact of early relational experiences, and the complexity of your lived identity. I recognize that investing in therapy is a significant financial commitment. This work can be transformative—and I aim to offer a level of presence, attunement, and skill that honors that investment. While I do not accept insurance, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
